Take the pod off the device, and then shake the device for around 3-5 times to toss off the condensation. Then put a cloth or tissue inside the device and wipe the left condensate.

We recommend clean the condensate in device regularly for about 2-3 days a time.

First, check if the air vents on device are blocked by substances. Sometimes the vents are blocked by stickers. Just remove the stickers.

Please stop vaping when you smell burning immediately. First, check whether the e-liquid is used up. 

If it is,you should exchange a new pod.If there is still enough e-liquid, please still exchange a new one to check it. Maybe the cartridge is damaged.

1. The cartridge is low liquid. Put on a different cartridge to see if that helps.

2. E-liquid is between the firing pin and bottom part of the cartridge.

3. Your device is not charged.

Solution:

1. Gently tap the cartridge, mouth side up, on a table and reinsert it into your device. Some tiny air bubbles will rise and re-saturate the wicks.

2. Use a cotton stick with alcohol to clean the contacts inside the device and on your cartridge. This should restore the connection between the cartridge and the device if any moisture has been in contact with them.

Use a different pod. If the cloud is normal, then it’s the problem of the old pod.

If the cloud  is still small, then is the device problem. When the cloud volume is unstable, please vape for over 2 seconds to see the vapor situation. If the cloud is on and off, it means it's the device problem. Please take the device back to the store where you bought for repair or exchange.

Currently,our pods contain 5% and 3%,or 0% of nicotine.Specially we offer other editions to specific regional sites.Based on our study, when a user inhales normal,each puff contains about 3mg of device tar emission,of which the nicotine content is about 0.15mg or 0.09mg,which is equivalent to the traditional device.

All LANAVAPE devices are not waterproof.

1. There is little e-liquid left . It is recommended to try another pod.

2. If the pod is used for a long time, the flavor could be bad,especially for the first few puffs. we suggest you replace the pod.

The disposable vape is a non-reusable, all-in-one vape device.

It comes ready to vape and is thrown away once when it runs out of charge or eliquid. When a disposablevape is low e-liquid, you can throw it out.
