We use the same ingredients common in other e-liquids.

Why my LANAVAPE heating up?

Normally if you vape for a long time, the device or the tank will become hot. You need to turn off the device and make it still for 10 mins.

How do I check my manufacture date?

The LANAVAPE manufacture date is written on the back or bottom of the package.

What’s the best way to take a puff on a LANAVAPE pods?

Take a gently puff without inhaling too hard. Too much pressure will force the liquid up into the airway and could cause. Also don’t inhale over 10 seconds.

What's the MOQ for free delivery?

Our minimum order quantity is different for each product.

How long the pods can be stored after opening？

We recommend opening the pods and using them within six months.

How can I clean my LANAVAPE?

We recommend using cotton cloth or tissue to clean.  Don’t rinse it with water.

How long does it take to charge the LANAVAPE the first time?

The first time LANAVAPE is used, it takes more than four hours to charge.
