To ensure product safety and quality.Lanavape are not designed to be reused or refilled and should not be opened.Opening or otherwise tampering with the Lanavape will render the warranty on the Lanavape null and void.
We recommend that you finish using your pod within 15 days after opening it to maintain the best taste.After 18 months, you will notice some difference of the flavor or quality.
To ensure the quality of Lanavape pods, store them closed in the room temperature in a dry environment and out of reach of children and pets.
Although pods have a shelf life of at least 2 years, it’s better to use them soon after purchase for the most fresh experience. We recommend using within a week of purchase.
We currently only offer our e-liquid in the form of pods of Lanavape.
(1)When not in use, please keep vape in a dry place, avoid strong heat or humidity.
(2)Don't put the vapes on top of other electronic devices.
(3)Don’t place heavy objects on vape.
(4)Don’t compromise the structural integrity of the equipment.
(5)Don’t immerse your vape in any liquid.
(6)If your vapes drop and have a strong impact, please inspect the exterior for any potential damage or possible leaks before using it again.
All pods of Lanavape should be recycled along with other e-waste.
We recommend you to not keep your vape upside down when vaping or not in use.
This is to prevent the condensation from entering into mouth and create bad experience.
You can see the remaining of the e-liquid through the cartridge, if the e-liquid is insufficient or there is a burning smell, you should replace the pod immediately.
If the liquid is inhaled carelessly into your mouth when using the product,please rinse the mouth or drink water,and the same time,warp the POD in a tissue and shake it downwards.
If there's a burning smell when you vape, please stop using it immediately and change a new cartridge.
If there is no vibration feedback when putting on or taking off the pod from the device, please contact us or go to the store for repair or exchange.
